Howard Poulton, Southern California Native.
In the early 80s Howard founded a development company that performed the design, building and renovation of luxury estates. In the late 80s Howard expanded into the real estate sales industry creating cutting edge marketing for the sales of these luxury homes.
in 1987 Howard became a licensed Realtor and rose quickly to a prominent position in the area because of his deep knowledge base and practical experience in luxury estates located in exclusive communities including waterfront and Island properties. Over the years Howard has earned real estate designations and numerous awards as well as been recognized for his outstanding achievements and professionalism in the real estate industry.
Over the course of the last 25 years in real estate, Howard has worked with people from all over the world and has gained many loyal clients and friends in his real estate career, in fact Howard has represented many well known high profile clients in several complex real estate transactions involving an extensive degree of specialized knowledge and background in luxury homes in our costal communities.
Early on Howard earned a strong reputation for his skillful negotiating abilities that brought people together during a real estate transactions. This lead to very successful outcomes for his clients, even for the most challenging transactions.

An east Coast transplant, Margaret O’Brien has enjoyed living in Southern California for most of her life. Having grown-up in Southern California Margaret is well versed in the relaxed, luxury lifestyle people seek when looking to purchase a home along California’s gold coast.
After several years of successfully navigating the world of human resource management, Margaret left her career to concentrate on her family and her volunteer work with local agencies and organizations.
Her extensive work has earned her the coveted and prestigious Presidential Award for Volunteerism. She maintains her status as a community leader by continuing a long term executive position with a foundation that serves children in the performing arts, as well as, her involvement with animal rescue groups.
With a broadening desire to assist those in her community, a deep rooted love of design and beautiful homes in the area, Margaret bridged her passions and entered the real estate industry in 2007. She quickly rose to the top of her field, achieving a Top Producer award within two years of becoming a REALTOR®. Her attention to detail, care and communication are well regarded with her clients and colleagues.
